Your results in your life (your outer world) is a direct reflection of your inner world, essentially how you see yourself and how you feel about yourself. We now realise that once we are aligned with our Greatest Self and living authentically from there, our outside world flourishes.

We experience great health, loving relationships, rewarding careers and financial health as we follow our passion. We experience connection to our community and the greater world at large. The universe is a SAFE place where good things happen to us.

Experiences that we perceive to be negative are in fact cloaking a gift and awakening that will bring us deeper into love and alignment with our Greatest Self. The Unconditioned Soul. From the point of view of others looking in, it looks like "luck" or some stroke of "magic" but you know the Truth: You are the Creator of Your Reality.

We’re also exposed to more temptation than ever. The world is literally at our fingertips, a few keystrokes away. It’s forever beckoning us, like the Sirens singing to Odysseus, who lashed himself to the mast of his ship to resist their call. The sirens sing to us, too: Have the dessert.

Skip the workout. Put off the hard work. Surf the web. Check your email. Indulge your whims. Settle for the easy way out.

 

1. Make more of your behaviors automatic.

 

2.Take yourself out of harm’s way.

 

3.Whatever you feel compelled to do, don’t.

     Sleep as much as you must to feel fully rested.

 

4.Do the most important thing first in the          

    morning.

 

5.Eat energy rich foods in small doses at frequent     intervals.

6.Do one thing at a time.
